Township of Old Bridge Special Tax Counsel Legal Services

The Township of Old Bridge seeks proposals to appoint a special tax counsel to provide specialized legal services and tax appeal representation. The appointed counsel will handle County Tax Board appeals, trial, appellate, and administrative litigation, and regularly appear before the state tax court, Appellate Division, and Supreme Court.
