QuickBase Application Development, Maintenance, and Support Staffing Services

The Arkansas Department of Shared Administrative Services Office of State Procurement issues this Invitation for Bid on behalf of the Department of Human Services to obtain pricing and a single contractor for QuickBase application development and maintenance. The contractor will provide support staffing services, including a senior developer, to build, enhance, maintain, and support approximately 30 existing and future QuickBase website applications, process management workflows, and custom reports. Prospective contractors must be registered in the SAP Business Network and submit all bids digitally in English through the network using Microsoft Office or Adobe formats. Submissions must include the signed bid signature page, completed Bid Response Packet, line-item pricing in U.S. dollars, an Equal Opportunity Policy or statement, and a proposed subcontractors form. Questions are due by November 9, 2026, through the SAP Business Network, and the initial contract term is three years starting tentatively on February 1, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals.
