Information Management System SaaS Implementation and Support

The National Credit Regulator seeks qualified South African service providers to supply, configure, integrate, support, and maintain an information management system delivered as Software-as-a-Service. The contractor must implement a configurable commercial off-the-shelf product or low-code platform, migrate data, train users, and embed proportionate security and privacy measures across the full service lifecycle. Implementation must prioritize an end-to-end registration and verification service for production use by the end of Month 6. Eligibility is restricted to onshore South African organizations. Bidders must attend a compulsory pre-bid meeting on November 13, 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and deposited into the bid box at the NCR office in Midrand by 11h00 South African Time on the stipulated closing date, with posted or couriered submissions arriving at least 36 hours prior.
