Event Security Screening and Magnetometer Services

The Ohio Department of Public Safety seeks proposals on behalf of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Executive Protection Unit for statewide event security screening and magnetometer services. The contracted vendor will supply properly maintained magnetometer equipment, certified private security personnel, and supervisory staff to establish secure entry points and conduct weapons screening at public events ranging from 200 to more than 3,000 attendees across indoor, outdoor, temporary, and multi-site venues. Offerors must be located onshore within the United States to perform onsite work for a one-year contract period. Proposals must include detailed project experience descriptions, candidate reference forms, proof of pertinent licenses and certificates, and a comprehensive staffing plan demonstrating key personnel qualifications and contingency capacity.
