Scope of work
- Overhaul and repair services for Hamilton Sundstrand Air Cycle Machine and air conditioning system components
- Complete teardown, inspection, rework, repair, assembly, and testing of identified items
- Track and document calendar time, flight time, and flight/life cycles under Coast Guard ACMS
- Provide written delivery order receipts within 5 working days
- Prepare and submit component Teardown Inspection Reports when requested
- Supply new replacement parts with full traceability to OEM Hamilton Sundstrand
- Complete and submit Component Repair Records and copies
- Provide FAA Airworthiness Form 8130-3 or approved equivalent with shipments
