SERDP Exploratory Development Broad Agency Announcement for Environmental Research and Development

The US Army Corps of Engineers Mission Support Battalion seeks proposals under the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) Exploratory Development (SEED) Broad Agency Announcement. Offerors must test proof-of-concept research and development addressing innovative technologies or methods across Environmental Restoration, Resource Conservation and Resilience, and Weapons Systems and Platforms to enhance military readiness and infrastructure resilience. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations performing work offsite. Projects will be awarded as firm-fixed-price contracts for an effort of approximately one year, with planned initiation on or after June 1, 2028. Total project costs cannot exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $350,000, and proposals must incorporate an additional zero-cost contingency year. Offerors must submit proposals online via SEMS before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 11, 2027.
