Bond Transparency Database Solution Design, Hosting, and Operations

The buyer seeks an onshore vendor to design, develop, implement, host, and operate a statewide bond transparency database solution. The contractor will build a public website linked to the education agency's portal to collect, validate, and display data on school district and open-enrollment charter school bonds, maintenance taxes, capital projects, and elections. The platform must offer public map and name searches, downloadable information, configurable reporting, workflow tools for proposing updates or corrections, and data population across five fiscal years. All produced software, code, documentation, and tools will belong to the buyer and may be released into the public domain. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the contractor will perform the work offsite.
