Missouri RFI for Data Classification, Tagging and Mapping System

The State of Missouri Information Technology Services Division seeks information on data classification, tagging, and mapping systems. The required scope includes an automated background scanning tool for a 1.5 PB high-risk footprint—comprising 1.0 PB of unstructured data in SharePoint Online and 0.5 PB in structured transactional databases—alongside an endpoint classification agent for approximately 35,000 active state agency data sources. Only USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to respond. Vendors must submit responses and estimated budget pricing by email to Joe Kirby and Craig Davenport by December 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm CDT.
