Enterprise Report Management Software Provision, Implementation, and Support

Michigan State University requests proposals for the provision, implementation, and support of an enterprise report management software solution for a one-year contract period. The required software must provide enterprise report archiving, long-term retention, browser-based access and viewing, advanced search functionality, and integration with existing university systems. Only onshore United States respondents are eligible to perform this offsite work. Written questions must be emailed by November 13, 2026, and proposals must be fully submitted digitally by December 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm Eastern, with pricing saved and attached separately. MSU will evaluate qualified proposals using functional and technical requirements (25%), supplier experience and references (10%), and pricing (30%), along with overall cost and responsiveness to mandatory minimum requirements.
