Exterminating and Integrated Pest Management Services for the VIHFA Main Office

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority seeks an onshore United States contractor to provide exterminating services for its main office. The contractor must implement an Integrated Pest Management program featuring monthly inspections and non-toxic treatments for common pests across office spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and storage areas, alongside emergency response services and follow-up reporting. Applicants must submit proposals detailing monthly and annual rates, a comprehensive service schedule, planned methods and products, a business license, relevant certifications, and proof of liability insurance naming the agency as an additional insured. The contract period runs for one year, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
