Towing Services for Non-County Vehicles and Equipment for Douglas County

Douglas County seeks quotes to enter into an agreement for towing non-County owned vehicles and equipment involved in accidents or violations. The contractor must dispatch immediately and commence removal within 30 minutes of notification, delivering vehicles to the City of Omaha Impound Lot, the Douglas County Sheriff Department, or an owner-designated location within the county. The contractor must maintain at least six tow trucks equipped with specified winches, radios, slings, air tanks, and safety devices, including at least two trucks capable of towing larger vehicles with one being a rotator truck. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. The contract term is for three years, and potential bidders must submit all questions no later than November 12, 2026.
