Senior Community Service Employment Program Services for Fiscal Year 2027-28

The County of Orange seeks proposals for the Title V Senior Community Service Employment Program for Fiscal Year 2027-28. The program provides part-time, paid community service training positions to unemployed, low-income individuals aged 55 and older who face poor employment prospects. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and collocation at an America's Job Center of California is required. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit a completed Proposer Application package, formatted as typewritten, double-spaced text in 12-point Arial font, with the narrative limited to 35 pages excluding attachments.
