Educator Preparation Program Support Services

Education Service Center Region 13, through the Educator Preparation Improvement & Innovation Center, seeks qualified providers to support Educator Preparation Programs and school systems across Texas. The selected vendors will establish a qualified provider list to strengthen educator preparation coursework, training, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with state priorities. Eligible onshore United States organizations must submit proposals by December 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, and submit all questions by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Submissions require a proposal document of no more than 10 pages, a Professional Services Rate Schedule for each proposed service category, and Form W-9, with optional two-page personnel resumes. Proposals are evaluated across two rounds totaling 100 possible points, requiring a minimum combined score of 80 points per service category for award consideration under a one-year contract term.
