Over-the-Phone and Multilingual Interpretation and Voice-Over Talent Services

The California Employment Development Department requires a contractor to provide over-the-phone multilingual interpretation services, voice-over talent services, and scheduled virtual and in-person interpretation. The contractor must perform work offsite, provide outbound calls at no extra charge, and maintain capacity for a simultaneous call volume of approximately 1,000 calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Questions are due by November 13, 2026, and final bids must be received by November 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time digitally via email or online, or date-stamped in the Contracts Services Group. The contract term runs from February 6, 2027, through February 28, 2029.
