Lee County Parks and Recreation Master Plan Development Services

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks proposals for parks and recreation master plan development services. The selected consultant must deliver a vision and strategic plan to guide investments in assets, property, facilities, and improvements, as well as review relevant planning documents and assess the current funding structure. Additionally, the contractor will formulate a community vision and implementation strategy based on data collection, public input, and facility needs analyses. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and personnel accessing county facilities may require background screenings under Florida Statutes Chapter 435. Vendors must submit proposals online through the Euna Procurement system powered by Ion Wave, completing all required forms and including any applicable local business taxes or licenses. Questions are due no later than November 30, 2026. Awards will go to the most responsible and responsive proposer offering the best value based on evaluation criteria, establishing a contract term of two years.
