Asset Management Implementation Solution for Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Operations

The City seeks an onshore USA contractor to provide an asset management implementation solution. The selected vendor will assist internal teams with advancing asset management across water, wastewater, and stormwater operations, which includes prioritizing work, providing technical and facilitation support, improving asset data quality, and assisting with asset tagging and taxonomy. Work will be performed offsite, and the contractor may provide additional implementation assistance on an as-needed basis. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers may submit responses digitally via email or online, and questions must be submitted through Bonfire no later than November 16, 2026, or at least one week prior to the proposal due date. The City reserves the right to adjust evaluation criteria and weights, conduct interviews, or negotiate and award contracts with or without presentations.
