Strategic Leadership, Management, Direction, and Supervision Domestic Violence Advocate Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide strategic leadership, management, direction, and supervision for domestic violence advocate services. The selected provider will oversee all operations and activities of the Domestic Violence Program, provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create individualized safety plans. Additional duties include helping clients access emergency shelter and community resources, accompanying clients to court hearings and related proceedings, educating clients on victim rights, and facilitating support groups and outreach activities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States, and all work must be performed onsite. The contract will have a one-year term, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
