Eglin Air Force Base Catholic Mass Musician Services

The Eglin Air Force Base Chaplain Corps seeks a Catholic musician to provide non-personal musical services for the 96 TW/HC Eglin Air Force Base Catholic Community. The musician must accompany worship on piano or organ, perform at Sunday Masses at 0800 and 1100, assist in weekly rehearsals, and play for up to 15 special services, liturgies, and holy days annually. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the Catholic Priest and Choir Director, arriving 30 minutes early, managing equipment setup and teardown, and securing chapel facilities. This procurement is a total small business set-aside restricted to onshore United States organizations. Candidates must be in good standing with a Catholic parish, provide a Letter of Sustainability, and undergo a required background check. Companies submitting a bid must provide the name of any subcontractor prior to award. The period of performance extends from contract award through September 30, 2031, across a base period and four option years.
