Construction Management and Public Information Services for Havana and Easter Intersection Improvements

The City of Centennial seeks a qualified service provider for construction management and public information services for the Havana and Easter Intersection Operational Improvements Project. The requested scope includes providing key personnel such as a project inspector and project administrator, managing on-site inspection, performing materials testing, and delivering public information services across traffic control, earthwork, concrete, asphalt paving, and retaining walls. The contract duration is two years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work must be performed on-site. Proposers must submit their bids online via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet Direct) before 2:00 p.m. on December 4, 2026. All questions must be posted directly to the system no later than November 20, 2026. The selection committee evaluates proposals based on the fee proposal, proposer qualifications and experience, and the ability to provide quality, timely products and services.
