Architect Services for Campus HVAC System and Signage Design

A government authority located in Portales, New Mexico seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive architect services. The scope of work spans project planning, existing conditions assessments, HVAC system design, campus signage design, construction document development, bidding assistance, construction administration, and project closeout. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this onsite contract. The buyer evaluates proposals based on a 100-point technical scale covering specialized design competence, team capacity, past performance, project approach, familiarity with campus conditions, and HVAC/signage design expertise, alongside pass/fail evaluations for transmittal letters and campaign contribution disclosures. Additional preference points apply to qualifying New Mexico resident and veteran vendors. The resulting contract will span a two-year term.
