Lead Service and Sitework for EPA Lead Service Survey

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide lead service and miscellaneous sitework for the government authority in Hammond, Louisiana. The requested scope includes providing access for construction and hauling equipment, site preparation, removing and reinstalling signs and obstructions, and installing new specified signage.
