The City of Phoenix seeks a qualified onshore vendor to provide a secure, comprehensive digital employee wellness platform and related administrative services for a five-year contract. The solution must feature a customizable, mobile-compatible portal with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication to manage incentives, challenges, health risk assessments, primary care provider attestations, and eligibility reporting. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors may submit proposals digitally by email or online.
