Photogrammetry and Airborne LiDAR Services Retainer for Remote Sensing Data

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks statements of qualifications from professional services consultants for remote sensing data services on a retainer basis. The selected firm will support the Illinois State Geological Survey's Illinois Height Modernization Program by acquiring airborne LiDAR data and orthoimagery, compiling geospatial data and metadata, classifying and processing LiDAR point clouds, performing quality assurance and control, generating breaklines, and integrating new data with existing datasets. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible. Bidders must register with the State Board of Elections at the time of proposal, register with the Secretary of State of Illinois in good standing, and submit required financial disclosures using Form A, Form B, or a CPO Financial Disclosure Affidavit. Vendors must submit a collated PDF packet with electronic bookmarks online via a designated URL, including a letter of interest and completed sections of the State of Illinois CDB 330 form. The contract term runs for two fiscal years, from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2029, with an option to renew for an additional two-year period ending June 30, 2031.
