Georgetown Construction Manager at Risk Services for Fire Station No. 8

The City of Georgetown seeks proposals from qualified respondents to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the new Georgetown Fire Station No. 8 at 1901 Westinghouse Rd. The selected firm must maintain proper licensing, meet all solicitation requirements, and provide preconstruction services, general conditions, and construction services under a one-step selection process. Eligible onshore United States organizations must submit sealed proposals electronically through the City E-bid system before 2:30 PM CT on December 1, 2026. Interested parties may attend an in-person, non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on November 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT, and all questions must arrive by 5:00 PM CT on November 23, 2026.
