Minimum qualifications
- At least 4 years experience preferred as prosecutor or 5 years Municipal Court experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the Bar Association of the State of New Jersey for at least five (5) years
- Familiar with Title 39 and Title 2C matters that generally arise in Municipal Court
- Experience in municipal court with municipal ordinance violations
- Sufficient staff to satisfy the scope of services
- Has not represented within past three years and does not represent adverse parties/claims against Medford Lakes and/or Shamong
