Hotel Lodging and Transportation Services — STATE OF NEW YORK

The New York State Unified Court System and Office of Court Administration seek a contractor to provide overnight lodging, hotel parking, and shuttle transportation services for the Judicial Institute January 2027 Seminar. The contractor must reserve up to 50 single-occupancy rooms for January 3, 2027, and up to 85 rooms for January 4 through the remaining event dates, including any necessary overflow accommodations and ADA-compliant rooms. Bidders must be onshore U.S. organizations. Interested vendors must submit sealed, signed bids using ink or typewriter on the official bid response form, clearly indicating the bid number and opening schedule on the envelope, and mail them to the agency address in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY, by 2:00 PM Eastern on December 4, 2026.
