YouthWorks Services for Teen and Young Adult Workforce Development Programming

Commonwealth Corporation seeks proposals to deliver YouthWorks services that help teens and young adults build workforce skills, experience, and confidence through subsidized and unsubsidized placements. Across the full regional grant budget, grantees must spend at least 60% of overall funding on direct participant stipends or wages and provide a 10% match from employer commitments or allowable non-public sources. Grantees must also enter participant-level data, administer an official end-of-program survey, and submit narrative and progress reports. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit questions by November 19, 2026, and digital proposals can be submitted online or via email. The period of performance will run from April 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with all funds expended by the end date.
