Rio Rancho Public Schools Bus Tires and Roadside Assistance Service

Rio Rancho Public Schools seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations to furnish, deliver, and potentially install new and retread school bus tires, as well as provide roadside assistance services. The procurement will establish a multi-award contract for a four-year period, and the buyer accepts Bridgestone or comparable tires. Vendors must submit written questions through BidNet Direct by November 11, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. Proposals are due electronically via BidNet Direct by December 4, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time, and no late submissions will be accepted. The evaluation committee scores proposals on a 100-point scale: capacity and capability (25 points), past record of performance (25 points), service and support (25 points), cost (20 points), and proximity to or familiarity with New Mexico (5 points). Shortlisted offerors may also be selected for interviews prior to contract award.
