City of Prosser Official Newspaper Services for Legal Publications and Notices for 2027

The City of Prosser requests sealed bids from qualified legal newspapers to serve as its official newspaper for 2027. The selected vendor will publish official notices and documents, such as public hearing notices, ordinances and ordinance summaries, bid and proposal advertisements, and land use environmental review notices. Eligible bidders must be approved legal newspapers by order of the Benton County Superior Court for at least six months prior to the solicitation, publish in English at least weekly, maintain general circulation within Prosser, and compile publications from a local office. Charged rates cannot exceed the newspaper's published national advertising rate card. Bidders must deliver completed, signed bid forms in sealed envelopes marked "Official Newspaper Bid" to the Clerk's Office by 5:00 p.m. on November 25, 2026. The city will announce the lowest qualified bidder at the December 8, 2026 City Council meeting to award a contract running from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027.
