Exterior Signage Engineering, BIM, and Permitting Subcontracting Services

Ayzo Ridge Design + Consulting seeks proposals from qualified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses for professional engineering, Building Information Modeling, and permitting services for exterior signage. The scope of work includes structural analysis and design of sign structures, supports, anchorage, and foundations, along with preparing drawings and calculations signed and sealed by a New York State licensed Professional Engineer. The selected firm will also provide BIM modeling, coordinate with project disciplines, prepare and submit permit applications, and resolve agency review comments. Only onshore U.S. organizations certified as MBEs or SDVOBs are eligible to bid. The contract term will be as required by the contract, and performance will take place on-site in Albany, New York.
