Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for 2,000 GPM Deep Well

The City of Savannah seeks a consulting engineering firm to provide professional engineering design and construction administration services for the 2,000 GPM Deep Well Project located at 427 Four Lakes Parkway. The selected consultant must deliver signed and sealed architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, secure all necessary permits and approvals, provide risk analysis matrices, and conduct monthly design progress meetings. Eligible respondents must be onshore USA organizations with at least ten years of engineering experience, prior completion of a public-sector water or sewer project, and design experience on at least two deep well projects of 1,000 GPM or greater. The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on November 18, 2026. Proposals are evaluated out of 100 points based on project approach (30), qualifications and related experience (25), fees (15), staffing and availability (10), references (10), and DBE/LDBE participation plan (10).
