Foothill Transit requests quotations from qualified individuals or firms to provide continuous technical support, design, updates, and maintenance for its web properties using a content management system. The selected contractor must maintain dynamic data such as interactive timetables, maps, and partner-integrated real-time geolocation information, while executing backend fixes, CMS application upgrades, security updates, monthly search engine optimization, and Amazon AWS hosting environment support. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations performing work offsite. Offerors must submit completed Forms A, B, and C by 2:00 PM PST on November 20, 2026, following the November 10, 2026 deadline for questions. The resulting contract spans a two-year base period starting January 1, 2027, with two optional years compensated at an hourly rate up to a not-to-exceed amount.
