Illinois Department of Transportation Map Printing Statewide IFB

The Illinois Department of Transportation seeks bids for offsite, as-needed map printing services. The contractor will review paper stock specifications and use provided PDF/X or comparable electronic files to generate plates and print large-print, standard-print, and wall versions of Official Highway Maps, nine district Bicycle Maps, and Route 66 maps. Quantities are estimated and not guaranteed. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit electronic bids via BidBuy, including required vendor disclosures, an Offer to the State of Illinois, the contract, a BEP Utilization Plan, and pricing entered under the Quote Items Tab for all line items. The buyer assesses bids for responsibility, responsiveness, and lowest overall total price.
