Construction Management and Inspections for Fairmount Avenue Paving Project

The City of Atlantic City seeks proposals for construction management and inspection services for the Fairmount Avenue Paving project. The selected contractor will review changes, provide design revisions and sketches for unforeseen field conditions, review monthly partial payments, provide consultation, clarify contract documents, and approve contractor as-built drawings. Bidders must be USA-based organizations, use NJDOT-approved overhead rates, and meet a minimum 10% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation requirement.
