Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the sale of Commercial and Residential Real property
- Valid Broker’s License and proper insurance
- Successfully completed Appraisal 1 Course or its equivalent
- REO Certification, REO Continuing Education or equivalent
- Membership in at least Fairfield and New Haven County Multiple Listing Services or other professional listing services
- Demonstrated ability to sell Real Property in and around Fairfield County
- Familiarity with Trumbull’s Plan of Conservation and Development
- Member of the National Association of Realtors and Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR)
