Credit Brokerage Services for EV Chargers and Renewable Energy Certificates

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide credit brokerage services to a government authority located in California. The scope of work includes collecting data needed to register EV chargers and report credits, developing standard operating procedures to document relevant processes, purchasing and transferring RECs, and generating and selling credits. Data collection starts 15 days following contract execution and continues on an ongoing basis. The selected contractor will also remit net proceeds accompanied by a settlement statement for each transaction and provide advising services, such as cost and net proceeds projections. Eligible applicants must be onshore USA organizations performing the work offsite.
