Purchase and Delivery of New Electric Fleet Vehicles and Equipment

The District seeks bids for the purchase and delivery of new, fully assembled, and operational fleet vehicles to a government authority in Carlsbad, California. The scope covers three separately awardable line items: one electric pickup truck such as a Ford F-150 Lightning Flash or equivalent, one insulated electric box truck such as an Isuzu NRR EV with refrigeration or equivalent, and one electric cargo van such as a Ford E-Transit Cargo Van T-350 or equivalent. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and suppliers may bid on one or more line items. Bidders must enter all pricing in the PlanetBids Line Items tab and submit responses digitally via email or online, with all questions due no later than November 12, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
