Purchase of Materials and Services for Control Panels and Cabinets

The County of Ontario requests sealed bids for the purchase of materials and services for control panels and cabinets under Invitation for Bids # B26096. Work performance will take place onsite, and eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must file sealed bids with the Ontario County Purchasing Director in Canandaigua, New York, prior to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 15, 2026. The County prohibits electronic responses because New York State General Municipal Law bars electronic submissions for Article 8 Public Works projects, and any electronic response will be deemed non-responsive and rejected. Officials will publicly open and read bids via a Webex meeting at the submission deadline. If awarded, the County reserves the right to renew all or any part of the agreement for up to two additional twelve-month periods.
