Non-Core Closed-End Real Estate Debt and Equity Funds Management Services

The Board Members of the Plymouth County Retirement Association are seeking proposals from experienced managers of non-core closed-end real estate debt or equity funds. The Board intends to commit approximately $25 million in total across investments that target a value-add risk profile, maintain a minimum target fund size of $350 million, and invest only in the United States. Secondary and fund-of-funds investments will not be considered.
