Comprehensive Insurance Brokerage and Agent Services for Property and Casualty Programs

Carroll Community College seeks a qualified, licensed insurance brokerage firm to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage and agent services. The selected broker will act as the institution's insurance advisor and representative, marketing, placing, servicing, and managing its property and casualty insurance program, as well as delivering risk management, claims advocacy, and consulting services. Interested USA onshore organizations must submit questions no later than November 18, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting will occur via Microsoft Teams at 10:00 am local time on November 19, 2026. Offerors must deliver properly named and endorsed responses digitally via email or online by 2:00:00 pm local time on December 11, 2026. The college will evaluate, rank, and score all compliant proposals, and final contract award depends on the availability of funding.
