Minimum qualifications
- Must be an onshore USA organization
- Contractor and subcontractor(s) must possess IICRC certification for type of work being performed
- Rhode Island Contractor registration
- Ability to determine pricing using Xactimate software
- Ability to provide proof of bonding ability from a surety bond company authorized in Rhode Island if required
- Ability to provide proof and results of background checks at Contractor expense when required
