American Sign Language Interpreting, Transcription and Translation Services

The buyer requires a responsive, responsible, and qualified vendor to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting, transcription, and translation services. The buyer needs onshore (USA organizations only) vendors to supply Spanish and lesser-used language interpreters, transcriptionists, translators, and sign language interpreters for court users and litigants with limited-English proficiency, as well as individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or blind. Requested scope includes in-person, remote video, remote hookup, and tactile/low vision sign language interpretation. Vendors must perform work offsite, provide certified transcriptions and translations of video recordings, and cover full-day 8-hour events. The buyer seeks proposals for a five-year contract period.
