Jefferson County Health and Welfare Programs Consultant Services RFP

The County of Jefferson, Colorado, seeks proposals for a health and welfare programs consultant to deliver strategic consulting, brokerage, market analysis, compliance guidance, financial forecasting, and ongoing account management. The selected consultant will support the County's employee benefits program by developing long-term benefits strategies, conducting market benchmarking, performing cost modeling, and creating employee communication materials. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Offerors must submit electronic responses through BidNet by December 3, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. A virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., and all questions must be emailed to [email protected] by November 17, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. The County will evaluate responses based on how well offerors fulfill the requested services, and contract performance must begin by January 1, 2027.
