The buyer seeks a vendor to deliver air service development data solutions and related services. The requested scope includes strategic and analytical support, market condition evaluations, route development and airline recruitment identification, and airline meeting support. Additionally, the vendor must provide business case, presentation, and report development; monitoring of passenger demand, load factors, capacity, schedules, fares, and route performance; access to aviation data, dashboards, and predictive analytics; air service strategy guidance; incentive program and funding support; stakeholder engagement; and reporting and advisory services. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to apply. The vendor must perform all work offsite at its own office premises.
