Awards, Custom and Promotional Items Service

The buyer requires comprehensive vendors to provide awards, custom, and promotional items service supporting various district events, functions, educational programs, student recognition initiatives, and athletic competitions. The requested scope includes providing medals, plaques, trophies, achievement awards, honor roll items, perfect attendance items, backpacks, bags, jugs, yard signs, athletic equipment and services, as well as performing arts equipment, costumes, and uniforms. Vendors must also provide embroidery, engraving, and laser services for backpacks, bags, and supplies. The district reserves the right to determine which products and services satisfy its requirements. To qualify, the buyer requires an onshore, USA-only organization. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than November 16, 2026.
