Integrative Corrections Intelligence Platform

The buyer needs a comprehensive, statewide integrative corrections intelligence platform to detect, analyze, and help mitigate contraband cellular activity within or originating from state-operated correctional facilities. The buyer requests a scope that includes deploying and maintaining the technology platform, along with associated tools, technical expertise, implementation support, system integration, and ongoing operational assistance. Additionally, the contractor must ensure compliance with state and federal laws, adhere to Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy requirements, facilitate secure data handling, grant the buyer ownership of all platform data, support investigative and reporting needs, and ensure integration capabilities with a cellular managed access system. Eligibility limits participation to onshore, USA organizations only, and the contractor will perform the work offsite. Regarding the budget, the buyer is looking for a proposal. The buyer requires all questions submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
