Welcome Signage Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a welcome signage service for a one-year contract period. The scope requires the vendor to remove eight monument signs and two 12”x18” post and panel signs. The vendor must then install eight new monument campus welcome signs and ten 12”x18” post and panel signs, perform landscape restoration involving topsoil and fine grading, and submit detailed reports covering activity, personnel, equipment, and results. Specific cementitious material mix requirements apply, including reducing portland cement by not less than 40 percent using designated proportions of fly ash, pozzolan, slag cement, or silica fume. Performance takes place both offsite and onsite. Eligibility requires onshore USA vendors only. The buyer requests proposals for the budget. A pre-bid meeting will take place on October 2, 2026.
