Sewer Master Plan Update Service

The government authority located in West Covina, CA requires a vendor to provide sewer master plan update services under a one-year contract. The buyer needs the vendor to collect and review data, update the GIS wastewater layer, execute a flow monitoring program, and establish land use and wastewater flow criteria. Additionally, the vendor must update and calibrate the hydraulic model, evaluate six pump stations and the operation and maintenance program, review assessment district rates, evaluate sewer inspection records, and conduct additional CCTV inspections as necessary. The vendor must also develop a comprehensive 5-, 10-, and 20-year Capital Improvement Program, prepare a funding plan and budget forecast, and produce draft and final master plan reports.
