Web-Based Lift Resource and Referral Network and Nurturing Homes Initiative Tracking and Reporting Software

Mississippi State University requires a web-based, Software as a Service tracking and reporting software application for its MS LIFT Resource & Referral Network and Nurturing Homes Initiative. The requested scope includes providing implementation, training, data migration, and ongoing phone and email support. The system must feature centralized data storage, customized fields, role-based access controls, and both staff and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant public interface portals. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite.
