The buyer requires a customizable database of all short-term rental activity in the borough, featuring listing data from websites, apps, and platforms, regular listing monitoring, review updates, user interface filtering, non-expiring sales tax account number assignment, offsite performance, and the ability to track sold operational rentals. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit questions no later than October 5, 2026.
